Registration Form Rules

Winterfest 2025

Make check payable to: “Texas State German Contests, Inc.” PLEASE be sure to have TWO separate checks issued if paying for the State Contest and they get mailed to different addresses.  Please reach out to the Executive Director with questions.

Send only one check for your group. If your district has multiple schools participating, please make sure the check states in the memo line which school it is for.

  • Early Bird Registration fee: $12.00 (registration form submitted by or before January 26, 2024)
  • Regular Registration fee: $15.00 (registration form submitted by January 29, 2024)

 

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill in the number of entries and/or check the appropriate boxes for each category you are registering students. Double check individual event rules to see how many students/groups may be entered in each category.
  2. The Director will share an Alpha List document with you once you submit a registration form. Fill out the Alpha List and update it as necessary. 
  3. Send your registration fees to the address listed above.
  4. No full or partial registration fees will be refunded for any reason.
