**Sportfest* UPDATES
We are excited to announce that Sportfest events will now be held on the Winterfest contest day! Sportfest events will take place after the academic events have completed but before the awards ceremony. This will be a great chance for schools to have some direct competition against each other and earn a sweepstakes trophy just for Sportfest events! Please visit the Sportfest drop-down menu for more details. Sportfest sign-ups will take place after the completion of the regular academic and culture events and will be held in the Commons area at Ben Barber.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Early bird registration fee of $12 per student will end on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025 @ 11:59 pm Online registration. This means teachers must have completed the only registration form by this time to be eligible for the early bird pricing.
Regular registration fee of $15 per student is due by Monday, Jan. 27, 2025 @ 11:59 pm.
Registrations received after 11:59 pm on January 27, 2025 will be considered late and incur the late registration cost. Additionally, access to group events may be limited, if needed due to judging availability.
Saturday, February 1, 2025 @ 9:00 am Digital Event submissions due for all online events.

Any time throughout the year Teacher Grant applications can be submitted at any time throughout the year. These grants have been underutilized and are in danger of being discontinued! PLEASE reach out and submit your requests!
